Alright, I decided to be true to form and rate with something I consider a real treat. A good, stiff shot.
So this is the plan:
1 stiff shot-I'm feeling generous, but thats about it.
2 Stiff shots-I hate wasting alcohol, but I don't hate you, so here ya go.
3 Stiff shots-You're mildly entertaining, you can stick around.
4 Stiff shots-There's something special about you. Come sit next to me.
5 Stiff shots-I'm taking you home.
To be honest, I'd have to really hate something to give it a 1 or 2. If you ever ask me to rate something and I don't like it, I'll let you know in the nicest way possible and won't put it up. 3 and ups are fair game.
And I get the last sip :D

Review of World War Z by Max Brooks
This is very different from anything I've ever read, but I did enjoy it. It's not a read-in-one-sitting type of book--which I prefer because my reading time is limited--but it made me think and the writing style made it very realistic.

Review of Hour of The Lion by Cherise Sinclair
I give Hour of the Lion 5 strong shots...
...and I’m very tempted to throw in the whole bottle. *takes a few chugs while admiring vodka boy’s goods* Here you go Ms. Sinclair. Bottoms up! As a fan of Ms. Sinclair’s writing, I was prepared for a well written, smoking hot story—but then I started reading and all my expectations were smashed to bits! |

No Angel Review of BURLESQUE From the start, this movie reminded me of Coyote Ugly. The romantic aspects were cute and I was happy to see the couple get together, but the drive of the main character is what moved me. Christina Aguilera’s character, Ali, is sweet and confident, but at times adorably clueless. You can imagine what it’s like to be her, stepping into this whole new world to follow your dreams. When she puts herself out there and goes for broke you have to admire her. Then you sit back and enjoy the ride because you know this girl’s gonna go far.

Review of Make me, Sir by Cherise SinclairBeing a brat can be fun…but what if you didn’t have a choice? For those of you who’ve spent time with the intense, unyielding Doms brought to life by talented authors, I’m sure you can imagine the consequences of pissing one off. Well, try several.

FULL REVIEW of Written in Blood
|
Review of Written In Blood by Elaina LeeI give Written in Blood Five Shots I’m not a big fan of suspense romance, but give me some hot sex and I’ll try almost anything. To clarify, I don’t think it’s hot if the guy(s) and the girl just have the right parts to stuff together. I need some kind of connection–even if it’s I hate you but I want you bad–and the more drawn out the sexual tension (aka-wanna do it but the wrong stuff keeps popping up) the better. |
FULL REVIEW of Suite Seventeen

Review of Suite Seventeen by Porta Da Costa
This story is about Annie Conroy, a middle aged widow, exploring several different kinds of kink. There’s a lot more to the story, she’s also rich and has the power to save the Waverly Grange Country Hotel where the illustrious Suite Seventeen is located, but the plot didn’t draw me in as much as the richly developed characters. And the descriptions are amazing.
